Users of the Zunuzi platform must accept by using off-site payment methods that can result in getting banned from the Zunuzi platform.
By using the Escrow system, Zunuzi.com helps and protects Students’ and Tutors’ credits(money) safely and securely. Students have recourse that ensures they get the Tutoring sessions and Tutors have protection to ensure they receive payment for their efforts.
Costs for educational services are quoted at all times on the ZUNUZI website and are specified by Tutor. The cost of services are varying and changeable by the Tutor within reason of the Tutor, however, any changes made with the cost of services will not affect lessons taken previously.
To pay for education services, Students must buy ‘Credits’ before connecting to the available and chosen Tutor. By purchasing any services on the ZUNUZI website, you are accepting the process of applying for Credits in order to contact the Tutor, without using credits, the student is not allowed to contact the Tutor in any way. All purchasing functionality is provided on an “AS IS” basis.
Cancellations:
- When the Tutoring session gets canceled, Zunuzi.com will transfer 100% of the credits from your “Escrow Balance” to your “Available Balance”. Students will then be able to use these Credits to book sessions with the same or different Tutor. This means that Credits can not be refunded (cash) to your original form of payment.
- If the student does not show up to the Tutoring session, it is considered a full complete session. The Tutor gets paid.
- If the Tutor doesn’t show up to the session, the fee (credits) will be deducted.
- Service Fees
Upon confirmation of Teacher Services, time, and price by both the Student and the Teacher, such Student and Teacher shall be considered as entering into a contract, pursuant to which the Student agrees to purchase, and the Teacher agrees to deliver, the Teacher Services (the "Lesson Contract").
